Guest guest Posted December 10, 2001 Report Share Posted December 10, 2001 We picked 30 lbs of kiwis this weekend and I'm thinking of making lacto-fermented chutney with some of them for holiday gifts. In NT, Sally says that strawberries are too acidic to lacto ferment properly. Has anyone tried fermenting kiwis, or know how relatively acidic kiwis are?
