Guest guest
good idea...i would volunteer 100% if it could help find out what is going on up there! idea. okay i dont know if this is been posted (i havent been reading posts) before or is even possible, but my friend suggested a MRI or brain scan or whatever its called when you are being triggered. Something to show what part of the brain is being affected when youre being triggered. So someone could click a pen or chew gum while you are being scanned. I'm not sure anyone would willingly volunteer to be purposely triggered...haha i dont think i would! but just saying..i really know nothing about this subject so sorry if it is completely impossible and i just didnt know lol. anyone?? Guest guest
I would agree to doing that but the cost is huge! If we all gave someone one dollar each with almost 1000people here it might, might, cover costs. -original message- Subject: idea. Guest guest
This is on my list of things to do. There are different scans that would work well with this idea and one show electrical/chemical activities and another shows sugar uptake activity. This will happen, no doubt. Guest guest
On the topic of the part of the brain that is affected by our response to triggers. I don't know if any of you have heard of the SCIO machine. I went for a couple of treatments during which my mother was in the room making her usual noises so I was very much feeling the effects of the trigger response. I remember that the doctor who was performing the SCIO treatment said that he had never had that happen to him but that the machine was unable to get any feedback from me because of such a high level of stress. The SCIO machine apparenlty communicated that treatments under so much stress were dangerous. The doctor apprehensively continued and, at the end of the session, explained to me there was an area of my brain he believed was causing the stress. He explained that there is a part of the brain that stores experience together with the accompanied feeling or response. Those experiences then become memories stored without the corresponding feeling in a separate part of the brain. He told me that the part of my brain that stored experiences with the attached emotion was saturated and that these experience hadn't lost there emotional attachment and moved to the area that would just store them as memories. He believed that I kept responding to past traumatic experiences and feeling those negative emotions over and over again.I went to just one treatment and I didn't notice any significant difference in the 4s but I still thought it was rather interesting. The doctor knew almost nothing (aside from my name) about me when he performed the SCIO treatment. I went in just complaining about some disomfort in my left leg. At the time it was the only explanation that I had ever heard that really made sense to me but I know that there is little evidence that people with 4s are responding to PTSS. Maybe I should have given in more of a chance, the treatment was about $65 for 1 hour but was done in Europe so I'm sure prices in the US may be slightly different. Here's some info on the SCIO: SCIO stands for Scientific Consciousness Interface Operation system. Scio is derived from the Latin = I know. The SCIO is a sophisticated and profound energetic medicine system, derived from the SCIO [Quantum Xrroid Consciousness Interface]. It incorporates electro-dermal screening, stress testing and biofeedback. It is a computerized system that both tests and balances the body at the subtle energy level. It integrates the sciences of mathematics, quantum physics, fractal dynamics, subspace theory, electronics, and computer programming. The therapies include the following modalities: naturopathy, homeopathy, acupuncture, chiropractic, energetic medicine, psychology, aromatherapy, reflexology, colour therapy, Neuro- Linguistic Programming, biofeedback and Rife Resonator. It also incorporates knowledge of metaphysical subjects to bring a unique synergistic perspective to natural healing. To: Soundsensitivity Sent: Thursday, July 23, 2009 4:32:24 PMSubject: Re: idea. good idea...i would volunteer 100% if it could help find out what is going on up there! idea. okay i dont know if this is been posted (i havent been reading posts) before or is even possible, but my friend suggested a MRI or brain scan or whatever its called when you are being triggered.
