Guest guest
Hi All, I know we are all so sick of talking about yeast but it surely is one of the biggest issues in treating autism and I have finally decided that the mini regression my son is having is related to yeast. The fact is he has had a lot of viral detox lately and it dawned on me that I have not really switched up his yeast protocol in ages nor really done what Dr AD told me to do for yeast. His stools have the yellowish tinge I associate with yeast and his processing is a little drunken so it is about time I do something! My first question is for Lorina or anyone else who I believe used Cholestpure by Pure Encapsulations for yeast. Dr AD said to take 4 caps at a time and that it helped with yeast and binding neurotoxins. But when I read about what it is supposed to do it just looks like it helps moderate cholesterol. What is the yeast connection? Also did you take several caps several times a day? Second question is about Mindlinx which I know Heidi likes a lot. I have wanted to try this produce forever but am worried about the 500mg of glutamine in it. Did anyone using this see adverse effects related to too much glutamate (excitability)? Thanks for any help and feel free to suggest favorite yeast fighting protocols.
Guest guest
Cannot answer any of your direct questions, but want to share some information. I heard, that drinking alkaline water (ph 9-9.5) and/or eating more alkiline foods (search Inet for the list) helps get rid of yeast fast and sometimes forever! There are several ways: 1) food 2) adding some baking soda to drinking water (this could be done only for short period of time, like trial, or it's going to disprupt proper food digestion) 3) MMS - unactivated (if you are interested, I will dig out details) 4) Buying special mashine/filter to make your own alkaline water (this method is the msot expensive) 5) buying special drops to change regular's water pH level. Hope it helps a liitle... Dina.
