Mold Remediation Standards-Neighboring Buildings

Does anyone know of any mold remediation guideline or

standard that addresses mold spores reaching a neighboring building such as a

close-by next door house? I have been asked by someone who wants to propose a

local ordinance, and this is there main concern; protecting next door

neighbors from unintended consequences of remediation.
