Amantadine as Anti=Psychotic?

Hi,

Amantadine was given to my elderly parent b/c her attending physician thought he saw a shuffling gait, a sure sign to him of incipient Parkinsonism. Is that a word?

You get the meaning anyway.

What she did then was to develop incurable bladder incontinence after taking Amantadine, which she herself stopped.
