Thanks, . Funny, but your method is almost exactly like mine. The only

difference is that was sleeping in her own room! That wasn't always

the case--at one point she refused to sleep in her room or mine and we were

sleeping on the living room floor! This was when she wasn't even two yet and I

decided that if we were going to be together at night it was going to be some

place comfy! I moved to the floor in her room. She didn't like that at all but

I told her " no room, no Mama " and she decided to compromise. After she

turned three (I had since gone back to my own bed) we decided that she needed to

learn to fall asleep on her own and started our " sleep reform. " I am so happy

that we did it. It took a long time but it was worth it. Kelley
