Inertia: From Theory to Praxis paper up

My friend did a presentation at Autreat 2002 on inertia, called

" Inertia: From Theory to Praxis " . The handout from the presentation is

finally HTMLized and on the web, for those interested.

It should probably be known that she has a whole lot more information

than this and wanted to write a more thorough paper, but inertia, of all

things, ended up getting in the way of that, so she consented to the

paper in its current form being up. (This paper was written in a hurry,

yet again because of inertia, and is far from complete.)
