Guest guest
Hi Audrey, I just looked at Dom's page that you posted below and it is full of interesting information but I couldn't find anything about culturing Kombucha in milk....could you quote that part of the page that you felt indicated that to do so would be problematical..... Guest guest
Hello Mebo, Audrey, Bev, and others: Dom Anfiteatro posted this message to the kefir_making list a while back on the results of his experiment to produce a hybrid of kefir and kombucha (which he calls " kefiran-cha " ). http://onibasu.com/archives/km/29568.html Hope this provides some insights! Best wishes, Nori

Why try the Kpmbucha culture that thrives on sweet tea with milk, if you have Kefir to do that very healthily and effectively? Just a thought. Thanks Nori, I have just studied that recipe and might even try it in a mad moment.
