Yet another door slammed in the face

I tried to get inhome care training (not the education thru school type) but to help with my son... and they come in help my son learn to care for self, behave when going out, and behave when strangers come over... but my insurance only pays inhome care (thats what they have to charge under) if they are homebound and my son does go to school.
