Guest guest
Bev, Sorry to butt in, I was just reading and I saw where you said use Kumbocha that has become vinager. How do you do that? (im still reading on how to make KT) Do you use the pre-mixture that you use in the tea and just let it sit longer? Just so you know though, I have been pouring KT on my dogs food to moisten it more for years with only very positive results. They get Kefir for breakfast and KT on their dinner:-)) I recommend putting Kombucha in their food, rather than adding it to their water, as I believe water should be just plain water.... It is also possible to let the Kombucha ferment into vinegar, for three weeks and then use that diluted with water to rinse your dog or apply to the skin or sore spots...as long as it doesn't sting or burn. Can't say about the interaction with the meds, you could ask your vet about vinegar, basically quite similar...
