Guest guest
Why the Dynavox so expensive? It should have been free anyway (MEDICAID or STAP pays for it). Very sad... I think every non-verbal child should have a reliable communication device whether at school, group home, or home. Guest guest
I know last year they were giving many away free to those who qualified. I was able to get some needy families the information and they got them. So many more families need these.
Guest guest
Yes, every human being should have a communication device to share their voice in this day and age when this type of technology is now available. How ridiculous to put a mother already in an exhausting situation through more. I realized early on that we were better off keeping our son home and we were fortunate to be able to do so. But this isn't the best nor possible for all. For goodness sake....she should be able to have her own nurse. Prayers to all the parents in the middle of these conflicts. > > > http://www.hcnonline.com/articles/2010/09/26/tomball_magnolia_potpourri/news/092\ 910_po_as_special_needs.txt > > Hilda >
