Pepi, I have to do a trial run to make sure I get the canning process as far

as the jar right.

After that I can touch base with you. I am going to try it tonight with one

jar to see if it works.

I'll be with you about it in a few days. The ones with different

flours are the harder ones to get just right.

Toodles,

Sal

Anne, Pepi, and Francine;

I just wanted to say your doing an incredible job. Wejm upi are

ready, if you give me permission to post, I'll take it to all I come

in contact with, and send it to all in my address book.

I've forgotten the name of the person who's doing the " Birthday

Donation " for the funds, but I have sent this suggestion out as well.

Lastly, another in our community has recently set up a website for

giving information, and has click throughs that will also provide

dollars for defense. I'll paste the URL below. Please take a moment

to go to the sight. Some banners will provide $$ only if you buy

something (and she is donating all the proceeds to the defense

funds). Others (such as the ABOUT banner) pay just for clicking

through. Please take the time to do it; a full click through will

provide a donation with no purchase!

Francine is also looking for volunteers to do the Avon fundraising,

and I see that on this board, Kim S. responded. I think it will

probably be a day or so until more responses come, as I posted it

very late last night.

I think all of you are doing an excellent job, and I will continue to

give this information to everyone I can. When the

chocolate/salsa/cheesecake fundraising is ready, just say the word.

Here's the webpage mentioned above:

Thanks again for all you hard work, dedication, and enthusiam.

Sincerely,

Regina

Ok, I'm jealous. I will be getting my delivery soon, and your note

made me remember it. BTY: All those doing things for fundraising;

the HLDF has hit another lull this week. We need to keep posting and

getting the message out there. With so much going on in our own

lives, with Lobby Day, the HLDF has slowed this past week.

Thanks for bringing up the topic, . It is critical to get this

message out there and to keep it going.

Enjoy the chocolate!

Sincerely,

Regina

Hi,

Theresa, a fashion show sounds like a really wonderful ***and very fun*** idea. I hope the event is a huge success : ) ... I wish you the very best as well, in helping to organize the cook-off contest or barbeque.

Aloha,

Georgina

Mr. Larson, we are doing a fundraiser here in Florida for children with JRA. We are having a fashion show and the children with JRA are in the show. It is a wonderful fundraising effort. Just an FYI

I am new to this web site and list. I used to complain about giving , systemic JRA, diagnosed at 3 now 5, methotrexate because for the first couple of months it wasn't helping and here I was giving her this shot for nothing or so I thought. Now, I will not complain thanks to the information you sent me and I am sure 's rheumy is going to be happy receiving this information.

Has there ever been a major fundraiser put together simultaneously

across the country? A 5 K run, bowlathon...There are so many parents

in different parts of the country....We can't just sit around and

wait for these immunemodulators. At the very least, everyone out

there needs to send mass mailings to their friends and families and

ask everyone to make a pre-April 15th donation. What can we do?
