Diane,

Why don't you try it by inserting a straw along the wall of your

brewing vessel and the edge of the scoby. Take a big sip and let

your taste buds decide.

By 10 days it could be more than ready to harvest, although first brews

can take a bit longer.

I harvest mine round about that time.

If the brew is still too sweet, give it another day or 2 and try it again.

hi just tasted it does not taste very vinger should it taste like vinger really

not if ready the scoby, is about 3mm thick.
