Guest guest Posted June 5, 2006 Report Share Posted June 5, 2006 O.K. over the weekend I started a new batch (2/3 organic jasmine, 1/3 organic keemun, plus 1 c. rapadura) but drew my started from the top of my jar. It seems to have prodcued a much more robust fermentation than the batches for which I drew starter from the bottom of the jar. Thanks very much for the advice. P.S. I think I will stop using the rapadura once I finish up the bag I bought. It tastes too much like maple sugar in my KT. GMacD " Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible.
