Dear and all,

You can probably get it in most health food stores. Wheaton Health Foods

charges $4.95 for l00 bags of either white or green tea. Other places

are more expensive.

In research, they found it would detroy both viruses and bacteria.

Green tea is also healing and has helped people lose weight. I think

they both act as diuretics.

I drink one fat mug of green tea and one fat mug of white tea daily to

keep from putting on a pound of fluid every day.

I believe one should use water just under boiling for each, so I use my

Instahot that is conected to my filter faucet. They don't make as strong

or dark a tea as black tea does which is also healing.

Blessings on you all. LOve. MArge.

Actually I think that neither green nor white tea is fermented at all; the

fermentation is what turns tea black. White tea, I do know for sure, is the

newest leaves from the tea plant.
