I am the one that started everyone with AOM. That was a very good move for me and also the group. I too have dropped weight. And, I have not even stopped to look for it. Whereever it is, I'll forgetaboutit. I do not need it anymore. I wish everyone a fantastic holiday season. And, a happy and very healthy new year. And again a hearty congratulations to Steve, I thinkyou will look back on 2005 as a turnaround year foryou in so many ways you couldn't have imagined whenyou set out from the

California coast last spring. Anddropping down to 310 pounds from 400 -- fantastic!I've dropped 25 pounds myself over the past fewmonths, I'm taking a break for the holidays, then offto drop another 25. As I've said before Steve, youwere my inspiration.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Oh, and for youAOM folks (I'm not one), keep on walking! Hey, B! Long time no hear from.

Yes, that was a terrific thing you did, getting us hooked on AOM. A

few months ago I wouldn't have believed I could walk 7 1/2 miles in a

day, but that's what I'm up to now. Thanks again for letting us know

about AOM, and have a healthy, happy Christmas season. The same goes

for all the rest of you folks. Merry Christmas!

a4823, Hey there, high there, ho there, I am glad you are as happy as you can be. That is un-real that you are up to 71/2 a day. I have been slacking as of late. The weather in Colorado has been quite cold lately. And, I do not do malls well. I really enjoy the out-doors. I will pick up the pace shortly. I have to finish the Stay On The Move Trail. That one is a doozie. Well, until next-time friends. Keep up all the walks and runs. It does a body good. And, remember one thing--Where-ever you go, there you are.Ha. Ha.
