Now in my 30's I find myself unable to get through a productive day without a cup of coffee or tea every few hours. Which means it's time (sigh) to kick this nasty habit. I know what I need most is regular exercise to get my energy level up. Other than that, anyone have natural remedies, antitodes, or words of wisdom for getting over a caffeine addiction? Thanks.
