Guest guest
I just read this in one of Bieler's books...he says that if your drinking water has been adulterated with salt and chlorine, to " add a small handful of finely cut, fresh new grass (wheatgrass is preferable) to a gallon of tap water....Shake the mixture slightly, and strain and bottle it. It will taste as sweet and pure as mountain snow water. " Reading this in context, it sounds like this will purify the water from harmful chemicals and salt. Does anyone have any more information on this, or why this may work? He does not give any further details and I'm wondering how effective this is at detoxifying water...I know wheatgrass is particularly detoxifying....any thoughts on this?
