I've seen different recommendations anywhere from 2 Tablespoons measure, to

1/2 cup measure. I'd say 1/4 c would be enough.

HOWEVER: Make sure it's pasteurized by the maker, or bring to a boil and

then cool it first. Don't want its bacteria to compete with the KT.
