Guest guest Posted March 26, 2006 Report Share Posted March 26, 2006 I recently had a question about this tea if it was ok to use in Kombucha. And I really have never tried it. I know it is not a Cameila Senese plant so it would not be able to completely support the brew but I am wondering if it could be added like I do other herbal teas. After reading about it and tasting it I noticed that it is an evergreen species of plant, so I am wondering if it might be harmful for the SCOBY because evergreens have really strong oils.
