Guest guest
I'm probably going to sound like a broken record here, but it could indicate yeast overgrowth in the gut. The probiotics you started taking may be killing off some gut yeast which release toxins as they die. You can google " yeast die off " or " candida die off " symptoms to get more info. Here are a few sites that describe it and what can be done to help alleviate it: http://www.wholeapproach.com/newsletter/pop200306.html http://www.natural-remedies-for-you.com/yeast-infection/blog/candida-die-off- symptoms/ Our son's doctor recommended using activated charcoal to help absorb the toxins. hth, > > I have been having really bad upper stomach bloating - and sore > muscles in my upper stomach. it feels huge for days now. i do not > think i am constipated. i started some probiotics and got diarrhea > and stomach achy. Guest guest
Hi , thanks for your information. My issue is that I had a huge upper bloat belly before the probiotics and I still have a huge bloat upper belly with the pro-b. For about a week now. (before and after the probiotics) The pro-b's made me feel sick to my stomach and I am sort of immune deficient right now - long story - so i am afraid to take anymore. It is just strange to have a hugely bloated upper stomach. believe it or not, I wore a pair of tight nylons about a week ago and i swear that is when this started..... Guest guest
Digestive enzymes might help. If you think it's yeast related you could start with Candex or a knock off with similar enzymes in it. > > Hi , > thanks for your information. > > My issue is that I had a huge upper bloat belly before the probiotics > and I still have a huge bloat upper belly with the pro-b.
