Guest guest
There have been some changes to our protocol, here is our experience. d-ribose: The first day I took this, I thought I got hit by a mack truck. I didn't even want to continue taking it, but the science behind it was so good, that I kept on. After two grueling weeks, I am feeling better than I was before taking it. My 17-year old also had some die-off feelings, my young ones acted like I gave them super- energy pills, and have been wrestling, singing, talking and laughing more than ever. Thus, thumbs up for d-ribose. And, supposedly, the benefits continue over time, so that would be nice. I think the initial die-off is the way it stirs up pathogens and toxins. I recommend being on things to bind to toxins and kill pathogens when starting d-ribose Monolaurin: The first day I took this, the die-was tolerable. Day two, I took two, and the die-was unbearable. I was hurting. The rest of the family did not appear to be that much affected. After about a 10 days, I finally adjusted, to where I can take two capsules with little die-off. I plan on taking 4 capules a day, and see what happens. Algas: I am saving the best for last. This is my new favorite thing. When I was having my die-off, I was using all kinds of things (Unda 243, Burbur, parsley, pinella, yucca, chorophyll, molybdenon, and the usual things I take daily like Turmeric, modifilan, ginger root, broccoli sprouts,etc.). But guess what worked 5 times better for me than any of these - Algas. It's my new favorite! Now I take it everyday. Algas mobilizes metals from within the cells. I am also on modifilan as a binder, so not sure how effective the Algas would be without it. I really don't know that much about Algas, but a month ago, I was also herxing bad, and Algas worked the best then as well. I wish I knew more about it. But for now, I am taking it, and as long as it is making me feel this good, I am sold. Now that I am back on my feet, I have to get cleaning this house - what a mess! Oh, and I just ordered a bunch of fruit trees and will be planting vegetables. If I can't find healthy food in the stores, I will grow my own. Guest guest
Hi Heidi Thank you for this info. Would you mind saying where is a good source of the Algas? or where I can find out more info regarding it?I would like to get a hold of a bit to ART for myself and my daughter. Really appreciate you sharing your experience with the D ribose and Monolaurin as well. Guest guest
Heidi, Excellent information! I have to comment on the Monolaurin I was the same way, but didn't truck through like yourself as Dr A told me to stop I was having to fast of die off which was causing the issues and I couldn't mop them up quick enough. Maybe next time I brave the Monolaurin route I will have to have Dr A test me on the Algas. I personally cannot do Chlorella or Activated charcoal (I have bad reactions to both) my body LOVES Yucca or Green's for a nice binder - it no longer like's green clay. Is it interesting how our body's change so quickly - I am a firm believer you need to route with our kids too. I will have to post more about the Plant stem Cell I have been doing via Dr E - I am having the same feeling about it like I did with the LDM - I am excited to see if Zander will need some- will find out next wk at his appointment with Dr E!
