“Forgotten Lives” is a 45 minute documentary that chronicles the conditions of Texas State Institutions for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and offers hope for a life of freedom in community. After the screening Jeff-Garrison Tate, founder of Community Now! will facilitate an open discussion about the film and provide updates on legislation that addresses the need for long-term care reform.
