Guest guest
My doctor said that I could go for walks now and so I did go for a walk on Tuesday night and everything was fine, neck a little sore but I was okay. Then last night I went on another walk. This one was a quick walk and it was cold outside. IT lasted maybe 20 minutes and by the time I got home I had a headache. Which I have not had since the day of my surgery. ANyone know why this would happen? Could it be that I am pushing too much too fast? Was it because it was not a leasure walk but a quick walk? DID the weather have anything to do with it? Thanks for your help. Kristi acm1
