Found a way to use AL5

Well, I think I've found a way that I can make AL work for me. This

morning I did BL4 and then did the first 35 minutes or so of AL5. Then

on Saturday I think I'll do BL1 followed by the second half of AL5.

This is a little more doable for me. I really don't see myself doing

that whole video too often, but if I split it in half, it's just the

right amount of floorwork.

who can't understand how people can say BL4 is easy because I am

sweating up a storm doing it, unless I'm just working at 110%
