*2009 Maine IAQ Conference – Wednesday, March 25, 2009 – Augusta Civic

Center*

* *

The Maine Indoor Air Quality Conference is the largest indoor air

quality conference in northern New England. Diverse professionals

throughout the region come together to share new and proven concepts for

achieving safe and healthy indoor environments. If you design, build,

operate or maintain buildings, if you work in residential, educational,

commercial or industrial environments, if you provide consulting and

professional services, or if you manage policy or public health

infrastructure for Maine citizens—this conference is essential for you.

The 2009 event features an interactive and somewhat provocative opening

plenary session that explores the concept of /What Does Green Really

Mean? / This session is followed by more than a dozen workshops on

various aspects of safe and healthy indoor environments, including:

* Air Cleaning with HVAC Systems

* Green & Healthy Property Maintenance

* Carpets and IAQ

* Healthy & Green Building Products and Programs

* Plus Mold, Superbugs, Ventilation and more…

To register, visit the website of the Maine Indoor Air Quality Council

at www.maineindoorair.org <http://www.maineindoorair.org/>.

This program qualifies for a broad array of continuing education credits

and accreditations. Details on credit availability can be found at the

Council website as well.

*A note regarding scholarships*: The Maine Indoor Air Quality Council

recognizes the financial challenges facing Maine professionals in the

current economy. The Council has set registration fees that support the

cost of program development and production. However, registration fees

are /never/ meant to be a barrier to attendance. If you would like to

attend the March 25^th conference but find your financial resources are

limited, please contact Christy Crocker, MIAQC Executive Director, with

your specific request. Christy can be reached at or by

e-mail at christy@... .

Sincerely,
