This could be a carbon copy of the noises my daughter hates the most!

Here's my list:

eating (except for my own LOL) chewing gum or ice artifically added kissing sounds in movies constant sipping of hot beverage (someone who holds cup close to mouth the whole time and constantly taking small sips) my dogs drinking water and cat grooming self people who breathe through nose (I prefer mouth breathers LOL) the sound of someone eating a hard candy (sucking or it hitting their teeth) crinkling bags or wrappers in a quite place someone whispering to me- argh! sucking of teeth (just go brush them!)

Did I miss anything??

Thanks for looking and please feel free to ask any other questions you might have!

Yawning, pretty much any noise people make from their mouth apart from

speech which there are selective sounds like a lisp. Then theres pen

clicking, cutlery banging or scraping on plates, licking/sucking

fingers after using them to eat, whistling, how I hate whistling,

theres just too many, maybe if we all write a list of what doesn't bug

us it might be a bit easier and shorter

Oh yes ,,,,,,,the DREADED whistlers!!!!! Like an immediate ice-pick

to the brain. Plate scraping, open mouth chewing, straw slurping, dogs

drinking water, eating, or licking themselves, the list is endless. Noises

that DON'T steer my car into the ditch:

I'll have to get back to you on those.........lol

maybe we can compile a comprehensive list of ALL the annoying sounds, and then turn it into a big poll. Then each person can take the poll and check off the sounds that bother them, and we can get percentages of which sounds are the worst. That would be interesting.kris martin wrote: Oh yes ,,,,,,,the DREADED whistlers!!!!! Like an immediate ice-pick to the brain. I don't know if I am reinventing something that has already been done.

Anyway, can we please list out city and state to give everyone an idea

where we folks are from. If I didn't have the sound sensitivity problem

myself, I'd say you are from Mars. ette from Dayton, Ohio - Home of

the Brothers first in flight and the famous poet ce

Dunbar.

cutting through my brain.
