Colleagues and Friends of Texas Health Freedom,

We were notified late yesterday that SB 1440, passed by both houses of the legislature, has amended language in it that allows a CPS investigator to obtain private medical records on a child without the benefit of a hearing. This intrusion on parental rights gives the state ever greater power over the welfare of children, without the ability of the parent to object.

Please call Governor 's office at 1- and ask him to veto Senate Bill (SB) 1440.
