Please give me more feedback on BL4 whether it grows on you or not.

Mostly, I look for fun new combinations. If it is just pretty much the same

moves as previous tapes, I would rather skip it.

BTW I have my hubby doing BL3 exclusively cuz I think he will do better

without roundhouse kicks for now.

Barb, About BL4, it has not grown on me yet. Maybe it will, I will have to

do it more, and then keep you posted. It does have alot of the same moves as

previous tapes, and a few new ones. Alot of kicks are in this one, so you

may want to have your hubby stay away from it. Although they are slow kicks

mostly. I have developed some trouble with my left knee, and too many kicks

seem to really make it worse, so I try to stay away from it. I think that is

why I favor BL3, because you really get a good workout on the legs without

the kicks. I guess every time I got a new live video, I would love it, and

look forward to doing it again and again, and with the BL4, I have no desire

to ever do it. It is like I have to push myself to do that video. But, that

is my opinion, others may really like it. I have to say I have enjoyed all

of the other live videos. Well, that is all I can tell you for now, but I

will do the video again a few times, and get back to you on it. I do hope it

grows on me!!!

if it doesn't grow on you, consider returning it for a refund cuz otherwise,

will not know what people want and why keep a work-out that doesn't

motivate you.

whether to start the Basic delivery with BL4 or BL5

Thanks and Bolinda and everyone else for feedback on the Live tapes I

do not have yet and may never have. I think I'll just end my AL subscription

and wait awhile & enjoy fully the ones I have already.

I don't think I'd like alot of floor work on AL5 cuz of carpal tunnel

syndrome.

I am beginning to think BL4 isn't for me either cuz like I said, I love new

combos and AL4 is loaded with them and had more time in its longer format to

enable those as mentioned. I do wish the Advanced tapes were slower and

some of the moves I enjoy were done longer but most of the time, I can make

those modifications myself.

Sooooooo I guess till the word is out on BL5 or Tae-Bo Gold,

my credit card will have a vacation.
