Yo !!!.. sometimes I wish we could just sit down and have a beer

together- you're sense of huumore just jives with mine (but you all

should know I could be 's mother- or GRAND mother I guess..)

Most people don't even know tanning lotion keeps Vit D synthesis from

happening..

It takes 20 minutes in the sun with a large percentage of skin

exposed to make enough Vit D.

Vit D CAN be stored in the body.. but if you aren't amking it- or

getting it somwhow thru the diet.. well then Duh.. yes- you'll be

deficient.

Plus it's my theroy.. that we've scrwed up our food sources and soil

so much that we're killing ourselves slowing anyway with out

deficient diets.. I'm SOoooooooooooooooooooooo not positive about

that stuff.

You know me.. I demand a COA (certificate of analysis) from

supplement companies before I'll buy their product.. but I do take

quite a few substances that have been my mainstay for many many years-

and I have my favorite manufacturers!.

You just keep going to School kiddo.. you'll end up a great

researcher because your NOT biased!!

So it's no wonder I apparently became D-deficient. So much for my

incisive evolutionary reasoning.

A little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing... I know a little bit

about just about everything...

Now, I have seen rumours that some drugs can hamper Mg uptake, and I

think some abx are included. I don't know how strong this effect is.
