RE: Pullovers - Split Routines?

Since your posting last month, I've been paying attention to this at the gym,

and even asked a couple of guys about them.

The guys at my gym that do them, do them on back day.

Some claim that by bending the elbows a bit that it hits chest more. I don't

see how this makes much of a difference, but that's what they say.
