Guest guest
i read where someone yelled at a commercial, 'shut the f..k up. i do the same thing, with t.v. and in the car, if there is something on the radio or a commercial or certain voice, i hit the power button off so hard i'm suprised i haven't broken it or my finger AND i also say 'shut the 'f' up! i have started telling kids who are bouncing a ball in the store (seems to happen most everytime i go into a k-mart or walmart) " do you think this is a park " ?.............i usually get a dirty look from 'the mom' who thinks it's just fine that her child is going BOUNCE, BOUNCE, BOUNCE, i must have been raised in a different generation WHERE WE DIDN'T DO THAT. it has helped sometimes when the 'broken' a/c goes on in the apt. upstairs and it sounds like a helicopter landed on the roof, my whole self changes and i start shaking with anxiety and pacing and i say 'pretty loud' TURN IT OFF! sometimes they do and i instantly relax. what's so hard is when that kind of sound comes on and you have no idea how long you will have to 'endure'.........................that's why i'm here right now, the broken a/c is on upstairs so i have my earplugs in, 'my not broken a/c' on and i don't hear or 'feel' a thing.
