Guest guest
Hi Celeste Thank you for that. Think I need to ask my physiotherapist whether Abi can have stretching exercises. At the moment the physio just shows me how to help Abi with her walking. I feel more confident about this cast as it looks very much like Chloe's and was done on the right table. Abi's sleeping is better at night (was terrible with the last cast) and she has been great during the day until Saturday when she started falling again quite badly so bruises everywhere. I think she is tired and possibly going down with a cold. How is Chloe getting on? it is great that she is tilting less and it gives me hope for Abi. It does seem ages ago since worrying about casting in March I can't believe Abi will be 2 on 5th July - less than 2 weeks away! Thanks again, Sue > > > > Hi Celeste > > I just read about Chloe having Torticolis and have been worrying that Abi (23 months) is walking with her head tilting to the right a great deal. Do you think your doctors took the Torticolis into consideration when casting hence the improvement? Abi has been in casts for same length of time as Chloe but still tilting (also had Torticolis at birth but diagnosed as part of Plagiocephaly). > > > > Glad to hear of Chloe's improvement. Seems a long time ago now from when we were both worrying about our daughters going into casts. > > > > Best wishes > > Sue > > >
