you just go to the main site

and wait for the chat applet to load

Remember, you must register with egroups

if you haven't already to access the site

Once you are in the room, you can read what everyone is typing

and type anything you want to send almost immediately

How does this work? How do I get into the chat group on line (or are

Elena, whenever we have a scheduled chat, egroups will send a reminder to

our list. There will be a special url in the reminder. Click on it and it

will take you to egroups. Once there, you'll have to sign in with your

email address and password; and when you hit enter, it will take you

directly to the chat room. Your computer/browser must be able to handle

java in order to chat.
