Seeds as condiments, they are packed with vitamins and minerals, and may be considered food or supplements. Most Often: black cumin, fennel, mustard, black pepper, chilli Lime Juice Various oils, cold-pressed: sesame, olive, walnut, hemp Absorb a good deal of water, with nutrients and poisons, from the atmosphere, more so on humid days.
