Guest guest Posted April 7, 2006 Report Share Posted April 7, 2006 update: the 14th, 15th & 16th days are bust. i ran out of time on the 14th and then i have been sick. so now my question is, if i miss so many days in the 21 day trial, do i have to start all over again before it becomes habit? Has anyone else tried the concept? for those of you who are new, I heard on Oprah they you have to do something 21 days or times in a row before it becomes habit. I've always flaked from my excerise routine sometime after the 10th day, so I decided to make absolutely sure I reach the 21 day goal and see if it becomes easier to stick with it after that mark. I should be able to get back to excercising tomorrow if this throat infection continues getting better. I dont see how Steve keeps going when he's sick, i couldnt even get out of bed on wednesday, or excercise yesterday. I think i'm down to a low grade fever now so i think tomorrow could be possible. PS speaking of Oprah, did anyone here see Oprah's show on him? I checked her archives and I couldn't find any record of it.
