I don't know how the acidity of kiwis compares to

other fruits (they usually seem pretty acid to my

taste buds), just wanted to tell you I saw some

homemade kiwi jam and it looked like frog eggs in pond

scum. Black specks floating in green goo. I thought

it was amusing, but some people might think it looked

gross. Chutney probably wouldn't look like that,

though, if it had other things in it than the kiwi.
