Guest guest Posted December 21, 1999 Report Share Posted December 21, 1999 Hi!! i am new to this group and i have never been in any kind of a group before so i am trying to figure out how it all works! i am a 24 year old single mom... i have had taebo for about 6 months.. i did it every day for the first 2 months i had it, then i got sick and took a few days off while i was getting better... and i never started back up! i need to get back into it and i am looking for motivation... although i do know that the best motivation for doing taebo comes from actually doing it! i need to lose about 150 pounds and i have been losing weight but it is sooo slow!! i need to add this exercise to my day to make it all happen faster and also i am trying to change my whole lifestyle so that once the weight is finally off i can keep it off for good!!
