Guest guest
Hi I'm giving the same as you only with Inositol. I think Mandi posted some dosing advice from AC which was really helpful. Inositol is known in the mainstream, we found it excellent to start with but needed to increase the dose as we were on the minimum. I am using Kirkman powder but found the caps with Choline from Mandi were quite good also. is also being seen be clinical psychologist at CAMHS, and is having his psychometric tests done, we are half way through, the IQ side of it has been done, this coming week it will be personality, social skills, etc, finding strengths and weaknesses in order to deliver CBT in the most useful way for him. P5P has been a revelation for both boys most especially . At the moment 's voices are at minimum and only appearing when he is really anxious, this is major progress as he was virtually constant, living with them 24/7. 's rituals are also very much reduced, only really seeing the autistic presentation which doesn't bother him, so, far less stressed not having to do half a dozen actions before he can even walk up the stairs. Things feel considerably more normal round here. I would recommend looking at Inositol and CBT if you can get it, and for anyone out there whose child may be suffering from extreme rituals, OCD etc Inositol, P5P and Zinc worth checking out. There is also online CBT advice, give me a day or two and I will mail you the link. Vicky
