Guest guest
Angie, Yes I did. Make sure though that you find a massage therapist. They are different many times from the physical therapist. I found mine in a chiropracter's office. Did not see the chiro, but loved the massage therapist. This is what got me through those few months after surgery. Now I am not sure what helps since I am so far post op. (6 years) Take care in Texas rzakariasen wrote: Hi Everyone, This would be my first post. I'll briefly explain my situation. I was diagnosed with ACM1 May 17th, decompressed June 11th and doing well with recovery. I still have an enormous amount of pain in my neck and shoulder area (same as before the surgery). I am off all the heavy painkillers from the surgery which didn't really work on those areas anyway. I was wondering if anybody has had sucess with massage therapy for their pain? Thanks in advance for your feedback. Angie in MN
