I am also one who is 5'8 " and can't seem to get rid of the 45 extra pounds I

put on when I was pregnant with my son (he's 5 now). Hopefully with Taebo I

can lose it. I can say that since Taebo I have stopped gaining weight, now

to just lose.

I am really bad about measering how I look compared to

others I see. I am always asking my husband if

someone looks bigger or smaller than me. I hate that

I am so obsessed about it, but I know what it is like

to be " little " and now, after 2 children, I have a

long way to go. I really have a hard time because

both of my sister-in-laws are tall and thin and left

the hospital after having their babys wearing

before-pregnancy clothes. I am very short and still

can't get in any of my old clothes (my baby is almost

9 months old).

Hi Barb,

As someone who's 5'8 " tall, I can attest to the

fact that I can gain weight just as easily as someone

who is " height challenged " ...LOL I had no problem

packing on 50 lbs... I wish I was one of " those "

people who fell into the fast metabolism

category...but I don't...so I have to Tae-Bo to keep

it up!!! Thank God for Tae-Bo!!! :0)
