I do not feel that I am a good writer but I had some things to say about and this is what came out. I just wanted to share. Thanks for reading. A wound with a thick scab. A scab that if touched may bleed. My third son My blue eyed boy Diagnosed with PMG. The scab begins to crack. At seven months A noticeable right clenched fist. Is he a lefty? Yes, he must be a lefty. The crack widens a crevice begins to form. If you are concerned Do not wait Have him looked at. Yes, there is a concern. A trickle of blood appears at the bottom of the crevice. Pediatricians Pediatric Neurologists MRI's and MRA's Chloral hydrate and sleep deprivation. The scab is pulled. Blood begins to flow. At 9 months Beth Isreal Medical Center, New York City Arterial Venous Malformation Surgery The blood becomes a steady drip. PMG Polymicrogyria Many small folds A migrational brain disorder. A pool of blood is forming. Gently a cloth is laid upon the wound. No surgery - no AVM PMG - Polymicrogyria Right-hemiparesis Therapy, possible seizures, developmental delays. The blood begins to slow. Combat crawl Creeping Standing Walking around furniture. It stops - a scab begins to form. Clumsily touching, grasping, reaching Smiling, laughing Crying Full of persistence and determination. The scab has thickened once again. Waiting to be touched. My third son My blue eyed boy With PMG.
