For those interested, I spoke to Ron last night and

asked him why the flavor of his milk changed recently.

He indicated that it's because the cows are eating

pasture (grass, clover) during the winter months in

addition to hay. He also told me that his cows were

Jerseys and that he will now be marketing his cream,

so we can request it from our local grocers (eg. Whole

Foods). I also asked him why the milk was so white

whereas there are butters w/o added color that are

yellow and he said if I were to make butter from his

cream, it would also be yellow.

I just thought some people on this list might be

interested in knowing the above.

Best of health,

Moustafa
