Guest guest
Sent: Friday, January 06, 2006 4:54 PM ------------------------- Hi , This warning was passed around the 'net when it first came out, causing a great deal of consternation among the MII fans. Some swore that they'd gotten so much benefit from the product that they wouldn't stop using it no matter what! The last bit of info I saw was that the warning only applied to the company who had made an mlm out of the product. Masters Marketing, perhaps? Something like that. Anyway, apparently they altered Clayton's original formula (which has cost them a lot of customers), giving the good stuff a bad name--temporarily, it seems. I'm " neutral " (pardon the pun) on the product line, as I can't claim it's done anything for me personally. Somewhere on the 'net (sorry, it was a long time ago that I saw it), the formula for the product ingredients is published, but not the " proprietary process " by which it is put together. It does have a lot of chemical names, though people ingest it, so I'm not so sure about applying it with DMSO. If your product is not an mlm then you can *probably* count on it's purity (as intended). Sharon *** It looks like there may be problems with the Miracle II - A google search brought up various sellers and detractors... I will only use mine topically, without DMSO - or not at all - until I read more... Miracle II Ingredients: Divine or Demonic? 12/12/05 FDA Warning Issued on December 6, 2005: Do Not Use Miracle II Neutralizer and Miracle II Neutralizer Gel. Use of Products Could lead to Severe Infections. FDA testing of Miracle II Neutralizer and Miracle II Neutralizer Gel revealed bacterial contamination and poor manufacturing conditions. TEDCO is aware of the bacterial contamination and yet refuses to voluntarily pull the products from the market. So please, don't rush out for Miracle II gel for use with DMSO! If I learn anything that verifies the safety and effectiveness of M2, I'll let you know. Otherwise, it would be better to use some other method of transporting DMSO to the skin. Garnet, thanks for prompting me to check out my recommendation - which turns out wrong.
