Guest guest
Hi Aileen, hmmm - that's a thought. i hadn't thought about phoning her. I think it's a good, healthy diet. I'm really keen on it. The juicing takes me bloody ages. I suppose i'll get used to it. he loves most of the juice and then i make the odd batch that he won't touch - can't slip any red peppers in, that's for sure. What is herbamare? Sara x > > Hi I think Natasha McBride is pretty much SCD - her book > Gut > > and psychology syndrome is possibly a good place to start. Guest guest
> Is almond flour the same as ground almonds or is it ground up finer Yes, you can do yourself Banana pancakes go down well here - really easy. One banana, one egg beaten - fry in a little butter until golden on both sides - a little honey on the top - they're really nice. Unripe bananas work best (not scd friendly though) - ripe ones make it a bit sloshy, but if you add a bit of nut flower (I use ground up pecans) it makes the pancake firmer.
