Of course it's not a " bad " thing!!! My (unvaccinated) daughter caught

Rubella on her first birthday. I was breastfeeding her of course, and found

Rubella in a healthy child to be almost laughable given what doctors make it

out to be. She wasn't well, but she was NOWHERE NEAR being really ill. I had

measles, mumps and rubella as a child (and I was vaccinated). They are not a

big deal as your mag says. The big deal is having a healthy child overall,

something vaccines don't support. Thanks for letting me vent on this one!!!

You know, I'm so jealous that my children didn't get this. You're daughter will

now be able to pass on TRUE antibodies to her children when breastfeeding. Ugh.

Doing things the way nature intended. Who knows better than God ?

Concerning coverage for OCD_

About three years ago, when has turned 23 and was supposed to be

dropped from our insurance, I researched OCD and the current research and put

together a file of papers to send to the insurance company. My main argument

was that OCD is a neurobiological disorder and as such should be treated as

any physical ailment. I included abstracts from over a dozen research papers

stating that OCD is a neurobiological disorder and others that told of the

observable changes in brain function. We were able to get back on our

insurance as a dependant. We have a 20% copay (which means his medication

costs us $55+/month) which covers visits to psychiatrists or psychologists.

If anyone is interested in this approach, let me know and i can email

you as to the types of information I included. There is probably more

up-to-date research presently, but if you have a university nearby it should

be fairly easy to find the right stuff,

First off, if he has it, you probably do too. It is something that is easily

Gosh! It does sound like what happens to a lot of candidiasis sufferers

Try a natural nutritionist, or else just simply do it on your own. Surely you

have health food stores there where you can get the supplements.

Well, if you read a little further, it does mention all of the nutritional

supplements which we have been bandying about here on the list - things that

you can get without a doctor. Crook is a medical doctor, so of course he is

going to mention prescription drugs, however, to his credit, he does mention

natural supplements which the average person can get their hands on.

Some of these are listed on my website at

I don't know about what local regs you maight have but when I talked to the

FDA they told I did not have to register with them as long as I made NO

claims about my soap and oils. ie no " this will get rid of wrinkles " , etc.

You can check with them and they are usually very helpful.

It is good to list ingredients incase of allergies.

Susie,

Good luck with your dog..I am a dog owner and lover of animals and can

sympathise with you. My last dog was deathly afraid. Thankfully this one

thatwe have is so docile that the noise does not both him..He sleeps through

the worst thunder storms..not me...I need the tranquilizers...

I hope he is better.

Dear Connie:

Did you also ask about a " discrimination " lawsuit. It would seem

that your termination was, if not illegal, then certainly unethical,

because you were under medical care, with a valid reason, and if

anything you should have been offered leave without pay. I believe that

terminating under your circumstances would violate State and Federal

Regulations, and maybe you can get some money for all you've been

through. Marty

I know one thing they are going in with is " Wrongful

Termination " , mot sure if that is discrimination or

not. Being that Pinellas County is a Government

entity, they get away with a lot of things that they

do. A friend of mine who is now deceased I blame P.C.

for her death because the individual who harassed her,

was allowed to harrass and still is. She liked

working even though she had cancer she was on her 5th

go round with it and it had metastasized (spelling

wrong). Even though she was going to die she liked to

go to work. She finally just gave up and laid back and

died. She was 38 and had 4 children there father was

also deceased. A supervisor that I had once mentally

harassed her. I know of 5 others besides me that

supervisor worked on destroying. It is known to the

higher up's and it continues. Whats really bad about

the whole thing is every year this supervisor gets the

top dollar raise. While the ones that are being

harrassed get nothing.

The Pyschiatrist that I saw treats 70% of P.C.

employees. There are others that go to different

shrinks. I am talking about all different departments

like: Clerk of Court

Tax Appraiser

Tax Assesor

BOCC where I was employed(Board of County

Commisioners)I often thought of going to the Tampa

Tribune, you know who they are, Marty. They hate

Pinellas County Govt. and anything they can find that

is bad about P.C.

They print. Even at times when it is not true.

It use to be a nice place to work but it is not

anymore all the crap started about 1996. Except for

the one supervisor, she had been doing it all along.

I think word is getting out about them because when a

position opens up there use to be dozens to fill it.

Now they have to recruit at least 2 times to get

enough people. I am also naming the Government

intentionally, so if you have friends any of you,

please warn them. Let them come and try to prove me

wrong. God, forbid if you get sick, your out with the

trash then. That is why I answered what I did about

crying at work. " Go hide and don't let them see you "

Well I'm relieved I still have my job lol. Talked to the manager today

finally. whew! As tired and exhausted as I am, at least knowing I have a job

to go to, as menial as it is, helps me feel better. I know I may eventually

have to quit working if I continue on combo, who knows, but I'll drag my fat

ass up there as much as I can till then :)

Now, how to get to work is the problem... My car is broken and hubby to weak

to work on it and we've no money lol.

Is there EVER NOT something wrong? :) I'm hoping to catch a ride with a

I know exactly what you are going through as I am sure everyone here on the

list does. It can get so hard to deal with everything and I am not the one

with the Hep C in our family so I know how hard it is on you. The car

problems ect ect ect - it just seems to go on doesn't it with no relief in

site. One good thing your husband is back home so that is one positive thing

going on in your life right now. Hang in there girl. We are thinking of you

and your in our prayers. Wish I lived closer to you and could help you out.
