Overall I think I've heard more votes for Advanced Live 4 than ANY other tape, I'm still debating about which basic tape I will get. I really should get Advanced Live 2 also because I absolutely LOVE the way looks in that outfit he's wearing!! How do I know about the outfit? I got a free Live Preview Tape when I bought my studio advanced.

His top is dark grey (close to black), sleeveless with a large taebo logo (kicking ) in red, red tight workout shorts with the word taebo on the front of the left thigh. I just love that outfit!! I guess you can tell since I remember what it looks like without putting the tape in. I think I want that tape!! I can tell it has great music and great moves just from the preview! I am going to be SO broke but I have to get at least three new tapes. Someone suggested that I ask for them as Christmas gifts... well, that's a LONG complicated story. I'm sure it's a great tape! I was thinking of getting a new basic and a new advanced tape maybe I should just skip the basic. Right now I only do the studio basic 1 or 2 times a week anyway... I guess I could continue to do that and get two new advanced. Hmmm, decisions decisions Jenni

Guest guest
>>> advanced 2 and basic 3. How is the 4 series? Thanks!! > - AL2 is my favorite tape. I've only done it once, but I hurt for about 3 days afterwards. AL4 has some really cool combinations (Left uppercut, Left uppercut, Left Jab, Left Jab, Right U/C, Right U/C, Right Jab, Right Jab - Now GIMME SOME!). Also has some good roundhouse kicks (in a series of 3: kick low, kick med, kick high then down. repeat slowly for several sets), some great balance moves at the end, too. You get to do the twist and the monkey (anyone else remember the 60s?) and NO Floor work. Basic 3 is the thigh buster. You do a L-O-N-G set of those exercises where you put your weight on your right foot (heel) and slowly put your left toe out to the side while bringing your bent arms up (shoulder flys). Then, on the same leg with no break, you touch you left heel in front and then left toe behind while doing some slow punches. Your quads will be burning. Then you do the other side, of course! I love it! I can't remember what's in AL3. I'll have to borrow Sonja's tape and seel. You've made some great choices! LV, who did AL4 yesterday and is still glowing. This is the tape with dancing and lots of cool new moves. There are fewer repetitions so you can concentrate on your form. The music is great. I could go on and on about this " must have " tape.
