Juice + fiber

Hi --it is different. I don't have the info in front of me,

but the juice boxes contain a high number of fiber grams per box, and

to get the equivalent of something like Benefiber, you would need to

stir in several teaspoons/tablespoons of it. Plus, the juice + fiber

is an acacia gum fiber, and Benefiber used to be hydrolyzed guar gum,

and now it is gluten-free wheat dextrin (the new label bottles).

Anyway, we use Benefiber, and we also use the juice plus fiber. I did

find an online source for acacia gum fiber, called 's Tummy

Fibers, and it does stir in and mix in very well in juice, however,

again, it would require I think five teaspoons/tablespoons to equal

what comes in the juice box. Which wouldn't be " bad " or " hard " to do,

it's just that I haven't experimented with it yet to substitute for my

dd. I've got a couple of cases of the juice + fiber and will wait

until those are gone before I try using the Tummy Fibers in place of

the Juice + fiber.

My thought is, if you can find something that works, then stay with it

for a loooong time! Like six months or more, because I've made the

mistake of switching things around only to find that something

diferent didn't do things as well, and then to try and get back on

track is not easy.

had a quick question....Is this product any different from stirring

Benefiber into juice? Anyone know?

No, guar gum is fine. But that was referring to benefiber. Acacia gum is in the juice plus fiber. And that's fine, too. Jeanie Ward wrote: Dear , I saw you post something on guar gum and I just ordered a case of juice + fiber. Is there anything bad about guar gum? Jeanie
