If they won't, I would keep your son home " sick " (due to stress of facing this person in a room alone ALL DAY) on TAKKS day. Gives you time before the make- up testing date to reconvene an ARD and make it part of his official IEP that only certain people will be used to monitor him during TAKKS. Just my two cents. If it is for the 4th grade witing TAKKS, I don't think there is a makeup date. If they don't take the test, no harm no foul according to the general letter my school district sent out. They just don't get scored.
