Yeast is constipating? Viral dieoff tends to up yeast! Maybe it is more the yeast than the virus in constipating? Seems everything has a catch 22:) Garlic, the best stuff, I swear by it!! Just difficult to get in my youngest the last couple of times with medical and sensory issues. Gonna go ahead and slip it in his food today! I just keep contiplating the OLE with him. Maybe later!! He is just to backed up and needs the garlic to hopefully get things moving!!
