Do you all use garlic supplements or do you have to use the real deal?

Thank you! Yeast is constipating? Viral dieoff tends to up yeast! Maybe it is more the yeast than the virus in constipating? Seems everything has a catch 22:) Garlic, the best stuff, I swear by it!! Just difficult to get in my youngest the last couple of times with medical and sensory issues. Gonna go ahead and slip it in his food today! I just keep contiplating the OLE with him. Maybe later!!
